Does Your 2006 Rival This One?

I betcha not. Knock on wood:

  • I turn 18 years old.
    • Yes! Get to vote
    • Shit! Register for draft
  • I graduate from high school.
  • I enroll in a college.
  • I travel in a sleeping bag in youth hostels around the world.
  • Company positions itself as leading provider of on-demand, inexpensive software programs for small local governments across the country.
  • My book is published.

Excuse me, Buddha, for not living in the moment right now. This next year is going to be one hell of a roller coaster.

You know, many hostels do not allow sleeping bags. Instead they provide sheets for free or for a small charge. I’ve been reading up on this stuff because I’m going to be doing a little traveling myself… do tell us where you’re planning to go!

Ah, but you should leave yourself something to accomplish for 2007!

I told Don Yates, every year is the best year ever. And I believe it.

You register for Selective Service, there is no draft in the U.S.

Elena is completely right, although in some hostels you can bring your own sheets, and in my mind a sleeping bag is just a really big sheet.

I’m begining to think there may be a reason why I’m enrolled in ethics this quarter… but I make no apologies for my cheapness as a student traveller 🙂
