This is an interesting overview with a more detailed paper and chapter header links at the bottom discussing why people who are "visual thinkers" and learners sometimes have problems writing strong prose. A lot of people call themselves visual learners and so I went along with the majority until I recently discovered…..I’m a verbal thinker! Give me 1,000 words and I’ll say more (to my brain, at least!) than a picture.
