They charge extra for ketchup.

    Other fine traditions in Eastern European restaurants in the 80’s – hopefully no longer practiced:

    – charge per slice of bread you had with your meal
    – charge for use of restroom

    yeah, they charge extra for all the ketchups / sauces in McDs around europe :)
