I find the discussion interesting and think that height plays a significant subconscious role in interactions.
Mark — Totally agree. In fact it’s been shown that most leaders of organizations are taller than average. There is an intimidation factor that’s subconscious. This can be good or bad, the important thing is for tall people to be aware of the dynamic and manage it appropriately.
